Manga style but more neat and in English.
There are some great Anime series and movies as well but not as explicit as the story you have shared. Urotsukidoji is a weird but enjoyable movie

interesting. kinda mixed up. sometimes i have a jo fantasy of someone being shot in the asshole like it shows here. barrel
