This question can not be answered on a general basis.
Since after death there is no blood circulation and therefore no blood pressure, the body fluids seep over time, following the force of gravity, to the lowest point of the body. This is also the reason why the dead spots arise.
So the answer is: it depends on the position of the body.
However, the erection will not be the same as when you were alive because of the lack of muscle tone.
