Hey guys! I have long fantasized and acted out my death in a gladiatorial fight. First, my willing belly button is impaled on my opponent's blade, going straight through my back. Then, he rips his blade free and slices my stomach open, and I watch helplessly as my guts slide free and onto the ground. I won't die until my opponent stabs my lungs and finally my heart.

Same here dude! Especially the willing bit. I'd love nothing more then to watch my opponent approach, the anticipation of the pain to come and death to follow making me harder than I've ever been in my life. Gritting my teeth when steel slices through my flesh digging to the vulnerable guts underneath. I know it would hurt and I count on it. I want to wrestle that pain and lose like a man.
I don't like seeing a beautiful muscular male body mutilated. I prefer seeing a clean sword thrust to the chest or abs that results in a Warrior's Death.
I love this, just gory deaths in general. Imagine the shock as a blade enters your belly button. It's an invasive, disturbing feeling. Especially when the sword is pulled upwards and you see your own intestines for the first time, just spilling out of you.
You fall to your knees as you're bleeding heavily from your abdomen, guts sprawled out onto the ground as your eyes widen.
Your breaths become heavier.. your heartbeat weaker.. then.. thud. It's over. You're gone.
