Just wondering why this site has so much down time? It seems the site gets disabled very frequently. Just wondering why?

I'm also curious. There are some members who join and never come back simply because the site is suspended and they think it's forever.

I'll be honest.  Even I don't know the reasoning for this.  I'm just as baffled as everyone.
