Looking for a western movie that was described in the previous forum.

So, i remember reading in the previous Arenafighter forum about this plot of a Spaghetti (probably) western movie - the antagonist had a huge shiny belt buckle that he used to blind his opponents with and then shoot them and right at the end he gets shot right through the belt buckle and into his gut which was kind of the culmination of the film.  So I was wondering if someone knows that movie.
