In the Pictures section, a few of us commented recently that the author of The Art of Abs on gumroad.com is mainly into gutpunching, but there seem to be a few vids with more stabbing content like this taster which looks hot. I think the guys' physiques on The Art of Abs are all amazing.

I'll say one thing for them as someone who has his own abs and gets off on them and their movements, this company has the art of ab movement under a blade, knife or sort of spear, down pat. The movement of the abs, the navel changing shape, the flexing and unflexing around the blade, the moving the stomach in and then out, breathing, etc, this company has it all down pat!
