As Male Navel has mentioned, the movie is “Flying Dagger”, a Shaw Brother movie from 1969 directed by Chang Cheh.

By the way, a big shout out to Male Navel for curating this great excerpt! Your works are awesome :)

It is in the original Mandarin voiceover, but the action scenes are all very good. Many action scenes and stabs from start to finish, in the classic “exposed” costumes we all know and love :)
