Annually, at the magistrate's birthday dinner. guests were treated to a death match between two naked warriors. The fighters were captives from opposing tribes. They fought on a raised platform behind the host's villa. After the event, the nipples, cock and balls of the losing fighter were given as souvenirs to selected guests.
