I think this one was the most advanced in terms of story complexity among their "anatomy" episodes. Its cool how they gave the villain some supernatural powers... The victim trying to escape and ironically a victim introduces the blade first - he attempts to stab the villain who stands in his way, but the villain is invincible... The pay back is more painful for the victim though 
I just find their films are a bit too gory for me - I prefer to avoid too much realism and brutality in those films, but i guess folks have different tastes
If they would offer a "minimum blood" and no "intestine pulled" versions i'd be more into their work for sure, but their story and horror build-ups are well made, and sometimes they have a few muscular actors
