Love how they use those abs vs knife closeup shots - then they frame only the midsection and knife working its way around in attempts to penetrate, sort of a "close call" moments

It reminded me of this short moment from 1994 Jungle Book, where the protagonist almost got stabbed in 6-pack but dodged last moment (sorry, this one is low quality - i could not find a better version...)

I have been searching for that scene for maybe a decade. I saw it in very bad quality in a forum called Cute Dead guys. Then i couldn't access it anymore, and ofc they didn't say which show its from. I just love how he shoves the knife in the guys gut while he is in the bathtub in that pose.
