It is him. He's been in a lot of movies. This is a prehistoric caveman like movie that takes place after the end of the world. In it he takes an arrow to the chest I believe and maybe one to the belly. He was also in a movie where he's a dragon slayer. He usually ends up shirtless in most of his movies and TV shows. He was in NORTHSHORE tv series. Among dozens of other things.
