Blade or arrow look best for me in his deep navel. He manages to resist the force of the impaling weapon by tightening his hard abs as much as possible. The weapon penetrates his gut only a couple of inches at first, but when his knees buckle he can't help falling forwards onto the weapon. The weight of his muscular torso drives the weapon right through his gut and back.
