He liked to kill the prisoners in their navels. He knew it would be quicker to just slash their throats but he liked how they moaned and writhed from the gut wounds. A mixture of pain and pleasure since the young men were always hard while being dispatched.

This person's stuff is back on line and seems to have been for some time. I never really checked more than once in awhile or maybe I just wasn't interested. Frankly while his renders are beautiful with great bodies and muscles and navels ---and I wish I had ANY talent to do this stuff myself----he's far too into blood and gore, intestines, insects eating the dead bodies, beheadings and back stabbings---all total turn offs to me. There's little to no belly stabbing and it's such a disappointment because the bodies the expressions and the colors are all great but this is very much, for me and maybe only me, a total mood killer and not at all attractive to the fetish. I almost hate it.

I remember I wanted to post this movie here. You might have seen it but still. So even though the premise might be out there they made the villain have super martial arts powers that come... from his navel. His very protruding navel. This is seen at 5:57 min. Since he is a bad guy he get punished by some other character by having his very outie navel twisted. (i like the idea of that)  at 11:54 mins. Near the end of the film he dies in a fight scene by having his freaking navel ripped out very graphically. I know its a bit of a weird movie but i have to wonder what the producers thought when they decided to make his navel the source of his super strength.   
Anyway i hope you enjoy it even tho its a bit silly, it "works" for me.
